General Obligation Bond Assessments
The District has two general obligation bond assessments passed by the voters within the District boundaries.  Refer to your tax bill to see if your property is taxed for these bonds.

The first bond is for the School Facilities Improvement District 1999 (SFID 1999).  The assessment if based on $39 per $100,000 of assessed value of the property.

The second bond is the School Facilities Improvement District 2004-1 (SFID 2004-1).  The assessment for this bond is $38 per $100,000 of assessed value of the property.
